Our Team Culture

Ready to move mountains?

The children in our community are faced with incredible challenges every single day. Moving Everest was created to help families overcome these barriers to success. Like moving a mountain, this is incredibly difficult work and isn't for the faint of heart. You have to understand that this will likely be the toughest job you ever have. But also the most rewarding. You have the chance to literally change the course of children's lives.

So, if you think you’re ready to change lives, ask yourself:

Am I…

  • Encouraging to the people around me?

  • Positive, joyful, thoughtful?

  • Able to see possibilities for growth in myself and the people around me?

Do I…

  • Ask, seek out, crave, demand feedback?

  • Reflect on ways I can improve or help others improve?

  • Value and grow from both human and data-driven feedback?

Am I able to…

  • Set high expectations for myself and my students?

  • Utilize every moment down to the second to create a positive impact?

  • Be completely dedicated to our school, our colleagues, and most importantly our students?

  • Work AND live every day with a purpose?
